The Crawler is an expandable edge computing platform that makes it incredibly easy to capture, analyze, and further utilize all relevant data directly at the facility.

The Crawler ecosystem

Our modular, scalable concept allows for the rapid and customized implementation of both small-scale applications and complex digitalization solutions encompassing entire production processes. The Crawler Ecosystem is thus the ideal starting point and enabler for digitalizing your plants and processes.

The Crawler.Edge (hardware + software) is deployed directly at the machine. It comes pre-installed with ready-to-use functions such as connectivity to Siemens controllers, Modbus TCP devices, and OPC UA servers; as well as data storage, visualization, and forwarding.

It also allows for the addition of custom functions such as specific connectors, condition monitoring, and load management. The system’s flexibility enables the implementation of individual applications and use cases.

In Crawler.Cloud, data from edge devices is centrally consolidated in the cloud and can be analyzed and monitored from there.
